What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company name, business category, the project you liked, your message, your description of the website you want, links to example websites and any files you attach.
- Technical data: your IP address is saved together with a request and appears in server logs. We use it to protect the form from spam and abuse.
We do not ask for and do not want to receive sensitive data (health, finances, documents) through the form.
Why we use it
We use the data from the form only to reply to your request and to prepare an offer for a website. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
The site sets one technical cookie ("sid"). It is needed to protect the contact form and is deleted when you close the browser. Your choice of light or dark theme and the fact that you closed the cookie notice are saved in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else receives data
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
- Cloudflare, which delivers the website and protects it from attacks. It processes your IP address.
- Google Fonts: the fonts are loaded from Google servers, so Google receives your IP address.
- Our email provider, when a request is forwarded to our mailbox.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, your data is also processed by WhatsApp under its own policy. The websites in our catalog belong to their owners and have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless you become our client.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
